Comfortable bedding and quiet.
Extra charges for Internet and local calls, not close to other cafe or restaurant or shop.
Rooms are comfortable but location will be better if closer to other restaurant or shop. Going onto the freeway is close by. It will be good to have shuttle service to the airport or cruise port.

I liked the outstanding service that was provided. Employees were always there ready to help.
We did not like the smell of the first room we checked into. The hotel was happy to change the room for us and it was much better.
Do not like the air freshener that is sprayed in the rooms after cleaning. Smells like cat litter gross! Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable. Very friendly employees.

No venting in bathroom to remove humidity.
I enjoyed this hotel, bed was very comfortable. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and uneventful.

The hotel was located about 10 minutes from the FT Lauderdale airport and was very clean and comfortable. The service was excellent and the staff was quite helpful.
